Sometimes, though, not being able to find the right class or the right instructor can be discouraging. You have to have a class that's appropriate for you and your fitness level. Also, not all aerobics instructors are alike. There are some wonderful ones, and then there are mediocre ones, and then there are really terrible ones.
If you like the idea of dance aerobics but haven't been able to find the right class, don't give up! Keep trying different ones until you find what you need.
